Honestly, I don't actively ship most characters, and I'm open to most pairings, especially the more unconventional ones (essentially the "crack" pairs). However, I do tend to avoid stories where you're paired with America or France, unless when you're with France it's also a FACE family story. But, some of my favorite pairing stories are of you with Canada, Russia, Germany, and even Romano (but not all at the same time, of course. That'd be silly. ...Unless you're into the kind of thing.).
AnonymousAnon, I respect everyone’s pairing choices, and you may stick anyone you’d like to on that ship of yours, but I don’t personally agree with you. Which is just my opinion of who I’d like to pair myself with.
That being said, I will absolutely agree with avoiding stories with Alfred and I.
Though, when it comes to Francis and I… Well, I know we may seem like we absolutely hate each other, but I wouldn’t quite throw the “grown up” FrUK away so easily. You may be surprised with what kind of stories you can find.
I will say this, though. I would much prefer to be with France in “FACE” as you say. That is my most favoured time with him.
As for the other stories of who you ship me with that are you’re favourite, I only agree with Canada. I will ship myself all day and night with that boy. Please don’t tell him I said that…
I’m not too keen on the other’s and I believe you could find me better suitable with France than them, but like I said, it’s your opinion, not mine, just leave my person out of it. Keep it in your stories.
And just to let you know, I would only ship myself with Canada, France, and Spain… in that order from most favoured to least.

I will answer this because my husband is getting emotional. I would have to say, If the twins ever did ask us why they don’t have a mother, we will tell them the truth.- that they are adopted- but it doesn’t make us any less their parents. That is just silly! And I think that Al & Mattie are born with kind and understanding hearts, far more mature for their age.
They would understand that even though they did not come from us, we love them and hopefully, they love us too. Whatever happens, whatever their decisions might be in life we will support them and be there for them as what parents will do.
